At Brady’s Train Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and accessory purchases. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
