GP40 diesel locomotives, that appeared in the 1960s, were EMD's most remarkable four-axle line locomotives. This Bachmann's N-Scale Union Pacific #906 has a DCC-equipped Econami Sound Value unit with realistic sounds in 16-bit polyphonic, including 16 airhorns, three couplers, two air compressors, DCC Econami Sound Value, and seven bells. The Econami unit has numerous functions, including adjustable auto-notching, volume, sound effects control, and advanced consisting.
